Quotes and prices
All work is quoted individually. Any prices shown on the website — including firewood prices and any figures given as a guide — are indications only and may change. We'll always confirm the price with you before carrying out any work or delivery.
A quote is our best assessment based on the information available. If the job turns out to be different from what was described, or conditions on site differ from what we expected, we may need to adjust the price. We'll talk to you before doing so.
Our services
We provide garden maintenance and kiln-dried firewood. Details of what we do are on the website, but the exact scope of any job is agreed directly with you at the time.
No contract until confirmed
A contract between us only comes into being when we've agreed the work and the price with you directly — by phone, message, email or in person. Browsing the website or sending an enquiry does not create any obligation on either side.
