Because we don't sell anything or take payment through this website, there's nothing to refund here — but we want to be clear about how things work.

How payment works

All of our work — garden services and firewood — is quoted and arranged directly with you. Payment terms are agreed at the time, not through the website.

If something isn't right

If you're not happy with work we've done or a delivery you've received, please contact us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to put it right. We'd always rather hear about a problem and sort it out than leave you unhappy.
